When you are looking at all the small reasons why a website might not be available, it is wise to remember that the server inventory for every website is different. Some website have more than enough resources to keep their sites going, but many other sites do not have dedicated servers for their customers. When you are on a website that is not connected, you need to think about what could be happening on the other side of the screen.

The Slow Speed

If you are on a website that seems like it is going to stop working at any minute, you need to remember that more people are probably coming onto the site all at the same time. The site will slow down dramatically, and it will not be able to keep up with the traffic if the server inventory is not high. Also, a site that does not have a Tier 4 server is going to have a hard time keeping up with even a slight rise in traffic.

The Loss Of Signal

When the website is not available at all, it is possible that the host of the site had to shut it down due to the increased traffic. There may be people on the site, but you might have been locked out of the site because there is too much traffic on the site. When the traffic dies down on the site, you will be able to get back on the site. However, you could leave the site and return to find that you are locked out again.

When you are looking for reasons why you cannot get onto a website you want to visit, you need to remember that the website is inundated with traffic. You will have to work very hard to make sure that the site is not too busy, and you need to keep trying if you are not able to get onto the site the first time around. When you get onto the site, you will be able to stay provided that you do not back up out of the site and lose your place in place on the one or two servers they have.
